  3. share! what were the trade offs?

  4. Choices!
It's either or. A Ying Yang. Black or white. Left or right. Up or down. Hot or cold...

  5. oh, just food-related trade-offs, you know me...san ba cataclysmic sa akin na trade-off?

just that I had to reschedule a couple of eating binges coz couldn't make them all happen this weekend...*grin*

I can't be as melodramatic, mushy or in the depths of despair about anything romance-related or some other drama-worthy circumstance ...oh dear! kaya siguro di ako pwede maging drama-queen...hmph!

  6. that sounds as if I own a chain of restaurants..

  7. The way you pace yourself with friends, you might as well.
(And there's nothing wrong with that either. You're just a fun-loving person who opt to socialize with friends in restaurants, as oppose to say, a bar, a shopping mall or gym.)

  8. well, a bar is full of smoke..so I end up with an itchy throat

a shopping mall sometimes does happen, but I don't take much pictures din...kung ukay naman, takot baka-ma snatch ang camera...hehe..though me and my mom and some friends do visit such places, but I get bored after an hour...

gym? perish the thought...I only go there for sauna or taking a hot shower...

  12. @ Chito - well...I know how to play table tennis hehehe! (mas may dating than if I use the term pingpong) :)

  15. Now I remember. You used to beat the ghosts out of our macho classmates at AIM in table tennis. I used to think: hmmm this )Herrera is very athletic. Eh ang haba pa ng strides mo.

    ReplyDelete
  16. That's good to know. Where do you play?

    ReplyDelete
  17. nay...people reading this could think I'm athletic the way you described it...

ang na-beat ko lang is yung di nag-pi-pingpong..hahaha...

remember Anang? galing non mag badminton...kaya magaling din sya sa table tennis (or TT as Gowri so likes to call it)...
ang sarap kc magpapawis and take out one's frustrations on the pingpong ball (wham, wham, wham!)

actually, am lucky nga lang, mahaba mga gaway ko (longer arms means you can reach the ball maski its closer to the net and drop it on the side the same way)....hay..those were the days ...

  18. I don't play anymore :-)

The last time I played pingpong was in 2005 because may pingpong table sa AIM (I think they took it out or something).

I'm not sure din dito where or if may bayad (or malapit na lugar) dito sa Makati na centers..
and I'm not a good enough level naman na I have the guts to go for areas na may magaling na players..baka antukin lang yon if I play with them...

I have to say, I like that particular sport...mabilisan, madali lang kunin ang bola...and easy to do...

    *thinking*

sayang no at wala sa gym na ganon..I'd probably try my hand in it ....baka shaky hands na dahil sa work...

  19. Just right for badminton. Tara, badminton tayo. Si Che din nagba-badminton yan.

    ReplyDelete
  20. waaah..I don't have the stamina for badminton..kaya gusto ko lang table tennis...
teka nga muna..where you play, may table tennis ba?

    ReplyDelete
  21. Sa badminton, diyan ako sa Zone along Malugay Street, parallel sa Buendia, at the back of Columns condominium. Pero for table tennis, sa bahay meron kaming competition size ping-pong table.

    ReplyDelete
  22. A game of badminton can last only for about 10 minutes. Then rest. Kaya mo yan! Pa-pawis lang.

    ReplyDelete
  23. wow..puntahan kita dyan sa bahay mo (pwede pa-prepare ng pagkain din ha?)

kidding aside (kc baka akalain I rouse myself to travel for pingpong when tamad ako magcommute maski dito lang), so yung sa badminton mo na place, wala palang nagpla-play don ng table tennis?

for sweating, kaya nga pumupunta ako sa Gold's Gym..para upo sa sauna (zzzz) and sweat...hahaha...!

  24. ay, di ba nasabi mo rin may discount ang taga HP don...?

    ReplyDelete
  25. Yes. I think HP has arranged with the management there that HP people can play there at a discount. Minsan ang dam nila mga 4 or 5 courts occupied ni HP people. Pati pala basketball court meron din silang arrangements. Part 'ata ng employee benefits yung free membership doon. Incidentally, walang table tennis facilities dun.

One time nakita ko si Faith dun, pero di siya naglaro.

    ReplyDelete
  26. LOL! I should have known that your dilemma was food-related. Ang lalim kasi nung sinabi mo eh, kaya hindi ko agad na-gets. but on second thought, food is a serious matter for you, hehe.

    ReplyDelete
  27. sama ba nya si Gari at that time, kaya di naglaro?

    ReplyDelete
  28. simple lang naman po ako na tao :-)

to enjoy life, I said to my cactus plant (Audrey Jr ang kanyang pangalan and he watches over me as I do laundry) - we must dumb it down these days, masyadong magulo na ang life...hehehe

    ReplyDelete
  29. No. I think wala pa si Gary sa kuwento ni Faith at that time.
