Well, I ate a lot yesterday night at Omakase in ATG.
Probably 2 hours after, I noticed that my stomach was making growling noises again...I just couldn't believe it that after all I ate I thought I felt hunger pangs again?! What gives...ang bilis naman ng digestion...
naku, I better not have a heavy meal at night...and just suck on candies... have a stress-free night by having a cut-off at work...
I thought you'd say you have a high sugar level, because I know those with diabetes easily gets hungry but they eat small meals in shorter span of time.
From my experience however, I also have a hyper-acidic stomach, when I take Ranitidine to counter the acid, I feel so hungry again once the medicine takes effect.
actually am not sure about the hyperacidity part...wala naman siguro kc I don't think I have ulcers and I have my yearly check-up...
but I could also think na ang bilis talaga naman usually yung kinakain ko ma-digest..kaya nga before, I used to keep on eating the whole day, several meals in fact, coz I can really hear my stomach growl like an hour after eating...and I was also told by my mom before (after I got hospitalized for the hepa na di communicable, anong letter ba yon) that I should not allow myself to get hungry - indeed, sumasakit ngipin ko and I hear a ringing in my ears if I go hungry
ah..nope, I don't think I have a high sugar level..all check out normallly during my yearly annual physical..thank goodness...
luckily diabetes doesn't seem to be found in my family's genes...I was even eyeing enviously my dad...he eats so much candies and chocolates, he is literally being followed by ants (siguro, I told him, even his sweat was sweet to the ants)

how did you know that-- about the acid?
ReplyDeleteIs there a connection between hyperacidity and hunger pangs? Baka akala mo lang hunger pangs or vice versa.
