  1. Hi Cat. Have read that news myself. Didn't know you knew someone who personally knew the victim. Have asked my friends to be on the look-out for that Land Cruiser (baka lang may maka-kita). Hoping that it will just be a simple case of carnapping and nothing more.

  2. thanks so much Chito! I hope mabalik nga ang victim at least na ayos sa family nya..bahala na ang kotse..ang problem is if ayaw nga nila kc ma-identify nya ang mga culprits...huhu!

aside from the rain, this news put damper to a Sunday morning (ngayon lang kc ako nagkainternet ulit eh)...

  5. I also had a cousin, Boy Yonzon, who disappeared and we never found him. But that was a long time ago. He was supposed to be a rabble rouser. We suspect the military got him. But my aunt and uncle refused to talk about it.

  12. agree...mainit nga ang mga ganon na items...golly, gone are the days where you can just put an ad for selling a car, go with potential buyers para i-test ride...

  13. Sir B, parang kung sa panahon ng Marcos and maybe ibang era..parang di makatataka...esp for rabble rousers supposedly..

  14. Just read the news, too. I'm sad for him, but sadder still for his father and the bereaved family. May his soul rest in peace.

  16. The Lozano case and Evangelista case have the same MO. Kakatakot naman.

Anyways, here's a tip if you want to sell your car privately (it really makes sense and the seller must insist): Ask for the buyer's and his companion's driver's license. As they'll be driving your car for a test ride, it's your responsibility to check if they're licensed to operate a motor vehicle. Write down all info on their driver's license.
