since am a bit tired after my 1 bottle of casual red wine...I won't post anymore under recipes because its easy to make...
just get some ciabatta or an Italian bread you prefer (in my case, I had only honey-oat sliced bread) grill or toast the bread in the meantime, get the apples and slice them thinly into pieces put the apple slices on the grilled or toasted bread sprinkle some thyme leaves or you can put a sprig of thyme on the apple slices drizzle honey on top of the apples put in the oven and bake until apples are brownish (in my case, my poor oven toaster just had to do)...
take them out, and eat them w/ some Camembert cheese...
Not bad.

Mix camembert with your pesto and you have a nice... .no, great dip! Kahit Skyflakes lang, solb na!
