    I would say yes, There is an excelent "Bus Tour" available called "City Loop" appart from all the other interesting things to do in Kobe. It is not expensive.

    oh, I talked to my colleague here who recently went to Osaka then to Kobe.

    haha..he said after he ate the JPY 5,000 100 grams Kobe beef he was out of money...*grin*
