I always try to have prior bookings and it was brought home to me before when I was so thankful I had one...
I arrived in a town and the TIC was already closed ...and it was early evening...*dum-dum-dum-dum*

  4. I always book for the entire holiday before even starting out from here, but accidents can happen, a friend suddenly can't be around meaning last minute changes of plans. I don't fancy sleeping in a rail station.

  5. hmm....but if the rail station is clean, I suppose if that happens, as long as the comfort rooms/toilets are also ok, one can manage for a few hours (not that I want to ever try that, I'd be afraid someone would shoo me away or take a picture of me drooling...LOL)

  6. Probably OK in one of the bigger stations but not so goodin a small one.

Ha, ha, that could be embarrasing if it was taken by someone who recognised you and then planted it on Facebook. lol
