Amanto Village in Osaka, Japan is one good way of "immersion" - a village of artistically-inclined folks and home-staying w/ them...

    and I think Jun (the artist friend of Jim) will be doing a dance...

    missed - seeing kabuki in Tokyo

    but maybe I can see bunraku or Noh in Osaka? hmm...tingnan natin....kulang ang yen na nadala ko kc and some of the ryokans only accept cash...

    but, in terms of staying, baka mas mahirapan ka...it doesn't have the comforts of a hotel...but its interesting being plunked in the middle of how Japanese folk live...

  5. unfortunately, no....akala ko nga on the Saturday I came back to Osaka may sayaw sya, pero am not sure what happened...

    have you seen him dance? sabi nga nya he may come back this December...
