I arrived around 6:30 pm na...last minute decision kc after I watched a bunraku play mismo sa Osaka na National Bunraku Theater (I think..i-check ko mamya if yon ba tawag)....ang ganda! I love bunraku...mas gusto ko kaysa iba...dahil siguro sa grabeng coord work..
anyway, I digress...kc late na ako, and I was just walking, had to find the Tourist Info Center, walked to the city hall or something...at saka yung Chinatown nila...wala nang oras to eat Kobe Beef..
but I have pictures of the Hida Beef I ate in Takayama....definitely pweding itapat sa Kobe beef! so am content...next time na lang Kobe...Hida was so good, I could have cried into my rice w/ joy if di lang embarassing sa mga hapon sa kabilang table..hehehe..
Kyoto, to me, is the better option.
ReplyDeletethat is what other Japanese think too *grin* when I asked at least 3 of 'em...
ReplyDeletebut I've been most of the tourist spots in Kyoto...except for probably the theater...
Kobe was surprising...and though not in the level of Kyoto for cultural-old Japan version, its worth a 1-day visit at least...esp for food :-)
Did you see a lot of beef in Kobe? : )
ReplyDeleteyes...sa pictures...hahaha!
