Jaw-drop end to my Japan trip - when I arrived back home, I was shocked to find my building's front door and lobby boarded up with wood planks...

  1. so there I was at 11 pm staring at the dark entrance of the building where I lived in...

my imagination was galloping - que pasa?

    was there an infestation?
    was there a shootout?
was there a renovation? on the heels of this thought - maybe there was a shootout and there were bullet holes in the lobby walls, and thats why they had to renovate?

I scrambled madly thinking - oh no? do i have enough money left to look for hotel accomodations in the Philippines? LOL

  3. hay naku Mommy Loy....

it turns out pala, the next day after I left for Japan, they decided to renovate the lobby to make it "at par" daw w/ the newer buildings in the area where I live in (kc one of the first and oldest to dito na building)...

so when I looked closer, the sign said I had to go to the back entrance...

it was funny thought how a million thoughts flashed thru my mind when I saw the boarded up entrance..
